The Chicago Summer Dance Nomadic DJ Series is about to begin and you have just got to be there to experience this popular event. A ten-week series, this roaming event celebrates the sounds of Chicago along with international special guest DJs.
The series features these talented spinners as they present three hours of various styles of electronic dance music for the crowds, including disco, techno, funk and more. This year’s schedule includes Danny the Wildchild, Meotic Sound System, Derrick Carter and more. Alongside the DJs you’ll find a festival of public dance lessons for all ages prior to evening performances.
You’ll find Latin, ballroom, big band and swing music in abundance for these live shows.
The open-air dance floor was created by a Chicago artist and promises a great place to get down and boogie. Food will be in abundance as well, at the SummerDance Grill. So bring your appetite, your good mood, and of course, your dancing shoes.
